I exercise regularly because I like the positive results received plus I love to eat. Did you know that the simplest tasks you do everyday in 10 minutes could be considered some form of "exercise", such as sitting or playing on the computer? Of course, you won't burn as many calories as in a good cardio session or spin class, but you do burn some calories.
